Chipotle tuna and corn lettuce wraps

This recipe is high in lean protein, low in carbs, and quick to make – no cooking required.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
  • .5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle Chile Mayo (by AMGAMR)
  • 2 inner leaf Romaine Lettuce (salad)

Instructions:

  1. Combine tuna, mayo, and corn. Fill lettuce leaves with tuna mixture and wrap.
  2. Serving Size: Makes two wraps.
