Jamie gets the veg party started with his beautiful, bold black bean burger, topped with a fresh and colorful salsa, mango and avocado. He’s inspired by gorgeous greens in the Middle East, followed by a charred, crunchy salad with the coolest croutons. In India, he learns to cook vegetables on an epic scale and dishes up a flavourful curry that’s singing with spices. Finally, Jamie gets hands-on with the humble leek, and uses it to give his carbonara a luxurious veggie twist.
