INGREDIENTS/सामग्री
FOR BOILING DALIYA/उबलते दलिया के लिए:
Daliya/Broken Wheat/दलिया/टूटा गेहूं -1/2 katori
Salt/नमक-1/4tsp
Desi Ghee/देसी घी-1/2tsp
FOR SALAD/सलाद के लिए:
Jeera/जीरा-1tsp
Capsicum/शिमला मिर्च-2 tsp
Cabbage/गोभी-2 tsp
Carrot/गाजर-2 tsp
Chick Peas/चिक मटर-2-3 tsp
Masala Paneer/मसाला पनीर-2-3 tsp
Cucumber/खीरा¬2 tsp
Tomato/टमाटर-2tsp
Salt/नमक–1/4 tsp
Lemon juice/नींबू का रस-2-3 tsp
Chilli Flakes/मिर्च के गुच्छे-1/2tsp
FOR CURD DALIYA/दही दलिया के लिए:
Curd/दही-1 katori
Curry Leaves/करी पत्ते-7-8
Rai/राय-1tsp
Dried Red chilli/सूखी लाल मिर्च-1
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder/कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर-1/3 tsp
METHOD:
In a kadhai add oil ,once hot add jeera and then add capsicum,cabbage,carrots,chickpeas,masla paneer, Daliya and salt.Mix it all together and once it cools down add cucumber, tomato ,chilli flakes and lemon.
Give it a good mix and your amazing high protein daliya salad is ready.
Curd Daliya
Add a bowl of chilled curd to boiled daliya.
In a pan add oil , mustard seeds,curry leaves, dried red chilli and Kashmiri red chilli powder.Add this tempering to the daliya and curd mix and enjoy the healthy curd daliya!!
