
Going vegan doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive. My salads are a mix of whatever vegetables I have at the moment. It’s really all about the sauce! I see veganism as an opportunity to know where your food comes from and how it affects our bodies. Before going vegan I ate what I thought I had to. Now, I am more in touch with what my body truly needs. I listen to my body more. Eating a plant based diet has literally changed my life. I encourage everyone to do their own research. As they say, you are what you eat!
