Soba is the Japanese name for buckwheat. It usually refers to thin noodles made from buckwheat flour or a combination of buckwheat and wheat flours. They contrast to thick wheat noodles, called udon. Soba noodles with salad boost its nutrition level and even the combination is extremely delectable.

(Serves 2)
– 1 cup Soba Noodles(boiled)
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1 Garlic Clove(grated)
– 1 tsp Ginger Paste
– 1 tbsp Celery(chopped)
– 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
– 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
– 3 tbsp Chilli Sauce
– 1/2 Red Bell Pepper(julienne)
– 1/2 Capsicum (julienne)
– Bok Choy Leaves
– 8-10 French Beans(chopped)
– 1 cup Red Cabbage(shredded)
– 1 cup Green Cabbage(shredded)
– 1/2 cup Corn(boiled)
– Basil Leaves
– Salt
– Sesame Seeds
