Summer Salad Recipe – Easy Protein Rich Vegetarian Salad



Healthy and Easy to put together this salad is vegan and great for lunches or for Summer road trips. Give this tasty recipe a try in your own kitchen.

Recipe uses: Quinoa, Chickpeas and fresh summer veggies. For dressing, we used lemon juice. Spices: Salt, Pepper ( or paprika) and some curry masala ( which i added while boiling chickpeas)
