VEGGIE QUINOA BOWL
✖️1/2 cup quinoa
✖️Green bell pepper
✖️1 tbs of fresh jalapeño (minced)
** THERE ARE NO MUSHROOMS IN THIS RECIPE! I decided not to add them in the end ?
1. Boil your quinoa. Once your quinoa is cooked, drain any excess water
2. Mix in all of your veggies into the quinoa
3. In a separate bowl, mix together your avocado, lime, and jalapeño.
4. Add the avocado mixture into your veggies and quinoa and mix until well combined!
*feel free to add spices! I recommend paprika, salt, orgegano, mint, and/or cayenne pepper
