In this short video, I am sharing with you a recipe that I love which is a colorful vegan salad.
The ingredients needed for this recipe are the following:
-Romaine Lettuce
-Carrots
-Radishes
-Tomatoes
-Cilantro
-Green Onions
-Hemp Seeds
The amount you use for each ingredient, depends on your own needs.
For the vinaigrette – You can keep in the fridge up to 5 – 7 days:
-1/4 cup of olive oil
-2 minced garlic cloves
-3 tsp of balsamic vinegar
-1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
-1 tbsp of maple syrup
-1/4 tsp sea salt
-a pinch of ground black pepper
You can add black beans, tofu or any other food you wish to this salad.
