Ingredients for Kachumber Salad Recipe:-
Cucumber 2 medium
Raddish 1 medium
Carrot 1 medium
Onions 2 medium
Tomato 1 medium
Green capsicum 1 medium
Tamarind water 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
Green chilli 1
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt to taste
Step 1- Strain tamarind water into a bowl. Add sugar and red chilli powder and mix well. Cut cucumbers into thin strips and add to the bowl.
Step 2 – Cut radish and carrot into thin strips and add all these to the bowl.
Step 3 – Finely slice onions and add to the bowl. Remove the seeds of the tomato and cut into thin strips.
Step 4 – Cut green capsicum into thin strips and add. Finely slice green chilli diagonally and add to the bowl.
Step 5 – Add fresh coriander leaves and Tata salt lite and mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
