I’ve noticed that my tuna pasta salad video has been getting quite popular on youtube lately. Some of you have requested for me to make a vegan friendly version of this salad; and as requested I’ve tried my best to make this variation. I really hope that you guys will enjoy this super easy and super quick to make salad. It makes a great snack or appetizer.

– 2 Cups of Water
– 1 Cup of pasta
– 1/2 cup of non-dairy plain yogurt
– A few pinches of Italian Seasoning Spices (to taste)
(Spices include: Rosemary, Thyme, Marjoram, Sage, Oregano, Sweet Basil)
– 1/4 cup of onions
– 1/2 cup of celery
– salt and pepper to taste
