Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp. ginger grated fresh or ground
- 1 16 ounce bag coleslaw mix shredded red and green cabbage with grated carrots if you've got time for that
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 Granny Smith apple julienne (1/8- x 1/8- x 3-inch strips)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
