How to make Seaweed Salad with Japanese-style Dressing
(2 people) Cook Time: 15 minutes
70g Daikon Radish (2.5 oz)
A few shreds of Carrot for color
30g Mizuna Greens (1.1 oz)
25g Salted Wakame Seaweed (0.9 oz)
2 Cherry Tomatoes
Kaiware Radish Sprouts or substitute: Garden Cress
Toasted White Sesame Seeds
– Japanese-inspired Dressing (50~60ml) –
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Dashi Stock or Water
1/3~1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2~1 tbsp Olive Oil or Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Grated Ginger Root
* 1 tablespoon (tbsp) = 15 ml, 1 teaspoon (tsp) = 5 ml
