Amachur (dry mango powder) – ½ cup
Water – 1cup + 1lt
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2tsp
Black salt – ¾ tsp
Salt – to taste
Sugar – 1cup
Roasted Cumin (crushed) – 2tbsp
FOR SALAD –
Onion chopped – ½ cup
Red capsicum chopped – ½ cup
Spring onion chopped – ½ cup
Cucumber sliced – ½ cup
Tomato sliced – ½ cup
Salt – to taste
Chaat masala – 2tsp
Salad leaf chopped – 2cups
Salad dressing (prepared above) – ½ cup
Lemon – 1 no
