Pumfu Vegan egg salad
1-2 Pack of Pumfu (Soy-Free Tofu)
Slice in half, mash one half and slice other half into cubes.

FYI I did not use black salt, but if you like to that can be used for the extra eggy smell and taste.
Just be mindful that black salt contains
385mg of salt 1/4 teaspoon that’s a lot so it would be best to leave it behind since the mayonnaise also have sodium. But if you are not watching your sodium intake still be mindful.

In a bowl add your mash pumfu egg with these ingredients below.
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/2 vegan yogurt 1 tablespoon vegan yellow mustard
1 cup green onions sliced
1 cup yellow onions diced
1 cup of celery diced2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt (optional)
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
Now add your pumfu cubes into the bowl and mix and serve.🤤
