This keto noodle recipe was created for our vegan and vegetarian keto friends! Based on my original keto egg noodles, this version has no eggs! Great for anyone who are allergic to eggs as well!

INGREDIENTS
3 cups filtered water
100 grams organic soft tofu
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
2 Tbsp sodium alginate

1 Tbsp calcium chloride or calcium lactate
