Vegan Potato Salad Recipe!

Just a quick video showing you how I make my potato salad vegan.

3 medium sized yellow potatoes, cut into approximately 1 inch squared pieces
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1/8 tsp paprika
2.5 tbsp Vegan Mayo
1 stalk of green onion
Optional: 2 tbsp crumbled tofu (first, coat in vegan chicken stock and a bit of black salt and let sit for an hour for the flavor to marinate)

Note: Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, then let sit until cool, or refrigerate until cool before adding the rest of the ingredients.
