Healthy Salad Dressings~ Raw Vegan Ranch Dressing!
If you are someone who likes delicious, satiating but healthy dressings on your salad, you will love this recipe for Raw Vegan Ranch Dressing. Many of the popular salad dressings you buy in the store can be toxic! Filled with MSG, chemicals. colorants, and funky preservatives. This recipe is all natural, 100% RAW and Vegan. It’s got a a lot of healthy fats for the health of your brain. We use the Coconut Hempseed Yogurt (See my video Meat Vs. Grains to get the recipe), 4 cloves of garlic, a few sprigs of rosemary, a handful of dill, some sea salt, the juice of one lemon and if you want- a jalapeno or cayenne for some spice. Adjust the ingredients to your personal preference. Some people prefer no salt, some people want spicy, etc. Then blend up the ingredients in your blender. And there you have you Healthy Salad Dressing- Raw Vegan Ranch! So simple and delicious!
