
Light and tangy, raw mango salad is one of the most popular salads in the word of gastronomy. This raw mango and vegetables salad has raw mango shreds mixed with lettuce leaves, cucumber, beans, baby corn, pomegranate and cherry tomatoes. The salad is then topped by raw mango and litchi sauce and mixed curry leaves puree to give it a zingy flavour that you cannot afford to miss.
