I created this YouTube Channel to share my experience with losing 70 lbs in 2020 on a whole food plant based diet. I came across Dr. Mcdougall and the Starch Solution in May of 2020 and was able to do a deep dive to learn about plant based living and plant based weight loss. It has changed my whole life! By learning about calorie density, I was able to use plants to lose the excess weight, fix my hormones, heal my body and am now living my most healthy life. I was able to this with a full plate, never feeling hungry or dissatisfied. I created this channel to share tips, tricks, and recipes that I wish I could have found when I was just starting my journey.
This video is a what I eat in a day video sharing 3 of my all time favorite WFPB sauces/dressings as well as a What I Eat in a Day showing what I ate to lose 70 lbs in 2020 and how I continue to eat to maintain that loss effortlessly.

Recipes for the sauces from today’s video:
Cilantro Lime Ranch:
-1 can white beans drained (I like great northern beans)
-1 tsp. onion powder
-1tsp. garlic powder
-1 TB fresh or dried dill
-Juice of 1 lime
-Couple of green onions/chives
1/4 -1/2 bunch cilantro
-2+ TB plant milk or water (add more to reach desired consistency)
Combine all ingredients, blend until desired consistency
Potato “Cheese” Sauce (Omit the jalapeno if you don’t want spicy)
-2 yukon gold potatos cut into small pieces
-1 large carrot cut into small pieces
Boil until fork tender (use lots of water- will use a couple cups later when blending)
In a blender add
-2 TB lemon juice
-1 can drained white beans (I like great northern beans)
-1 tsp mustard (any kind you like, I like dijon)
-1 TB garlic powder
-1 TB onion powder
-1/4 tsp smoked paprika
-1/4 tsp turmeric
-1/4 tsp chili powder
-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
-Little bit of pepper
-Salt to taste if you are not salt free
1 fresh or canned jalapeño for extra spice (I use a couple pieces of sliced canned jalapeño)
2 cups of water reserved from boiling the veggies
Add everything listed to the blender and blend until desired consistency.
Esselstyn’s 3-2-1 dressing
3 TB balsamic vinegar
2 TB Mustard (any type)
1 TB maple syrup
Mix together and enjoy!
