- Sliced Red Onion
- Creole Mustard
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Combine blanched thin green beans and red onion slices. Toss with Creole mustard, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
