
This simple and light salad is completed with an easy to make lemon pepper. It is a fast vegan salad that can be made with some lettuce and a few kitchen staples.
Whisk 1 part lemon juice with 3 parts olive oil, and salt and pepper. Toss with dill, basil, chives, tarragon and lettuce. You can keep it simple and stop here or you can add feta cheese, nuts and berries to add some more nourishment.
