Ingredients: 2 cups chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped green olives 1/4 cup sliced radishes 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper Instructions: Combine all ingredients and chill for 2-3 hours for flavors to combine.
