Hello everyone, in today’s video I share with you two raw vegan salads.
These recipes are ideal for a light dinner, you can also eat them at lunch or even mix them with cooked food. I leave the recipes written below.
Mediterranean salad
Ingredients:
Black olives
Parsley
Mint
3 Tomatoes
1/4 red onion
Soybean sprouts
Dressing:
A spoonful of tahini
One lemon’s juice
A pinch of curry powder or turmeric powder
Lettuce tacos with nori
Salad:
200 grams of cherry tomatoes
A red pepper, chopped
A chopped yellow pepper
1/4 red onion
Arugula
Parsley
Dill
For the tacos you will need butter lettuce and 2 sheets of nori
Dressing:
1 tablespoon of tahini
One lemon’s juice
A pinch of curry powder or turmeric powder
