Salads are considered super healthy anyways but when you are trying to shed those extra kilos they become an important part of your diet. Homemade salads are far healthier than those you eat out or order, however the dressing you use can make or break your goal to lose weight. Do you know that
1 tbsp of many store Bought dressing have over 80-90 calories and you usually add 2-3 tbsp of that to make your salad taste delicious. Hence today I am sharing not just one or two but 4 of my homemade slander dressing or Dips for healthy weight loss.

1. Tahini

Ingredients:-
3 tbsp sesame seeds (Til)
Salt to taste
2 tsp water
1 tsp olive oil

How to make tahini :-
Roast the sesame seeds on medium to low heat until slightly brown
Once cool, transfer in a mixing jar/grinder add salt and grind for few seconds
Scrape from sides add water & oil and grind again to make a smooth paste
Your tahini is ready

2. Hummus

Ingredients:-
30g Boiled chickpeas (chole)
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp tahini
Salt to taste
Chilli/paprika
1/4 tsp mixed spice or Cumin powder
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice

How to make hummus:-
In a mixing jar or grinder add all the above ingredients except oil
After grinding for few minutes open the lid scrape the sides and add oil
Blend once again
Your tasty hummus Is ready

3. Mixed seeds dip/ dressing

Ingredients:-
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp melon seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
2 tsp water

How to make mixed seeds dip:-
Dry Roast all the seeds and add salt and grind to a powder
Add water and oil and grind again
Your mixed seeds dip/ dressing is ready.

4.green Hummus

Ingredients:-

Ingredients:-
30g Boiled or sprouted Green chickpeas (chana)
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp tahini/mixed seeds dip
Salt to taste
Chilli/paprika
1/4 tsp mixed spice or Cumin powder
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice

How to make hummus:-
In a mixing jar or grinder add all the above ingredients except oil
After grinding for few minutes open the lid scrape the sides and add oil
Blend once again
Your tasty green hummus Is ready
