Ingredients
- 2 leaves of radicchio, lettuce
- 1 cup of baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of daikon radish, sliced
- 1/2 cup of cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cubed
- 2 table spoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 table spoons of olive oil
- 1/2 tea spoon of salt
- 1/2 tea spoon of pepper
- 1 tea spoon of oregano
Instructions
- Mix five top ingredients.
- Mix remaining dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
