I make a version of this salad almost every day, soooo yummy! Sorry I didn’t get to finish, I had a full memory card! Here’s the recipe:

BASIC VEGAN RAW SALAD RECIPE
4 Romaine leaves; chopped
2 cups baby Spinach; chopped
1 Celery stalk; chopped
1 green Onion; chopped
1/2 cup Zucchini; chopped
1/4 cup yellow Onion; chopped
1 clove Garlic; minced
juice of 1/2 a Lemon
1/2 an Avocado; mashed
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
a handful Raisins
a handful Sunflower Seeds
Optional Ideas:
add a few tbsp Olive oil
switch up the seeds for hemp seeds or nuts
sprinkle some shredded coconut on top
add any of your fav veggies

Salads are totally customizable you just have to try new things, cut things different sizes, add different herbs & spices. Make it your own!
