Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley flakes (or 2 Tbl fresh parsley)
- 1 Celery Stalk (diced)
- 3 Green Onions (diced)
- .5 cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)
- 1lb Blue Crab (drained)
Instructions:
- Mix together everything except the crab. Fold in the crab being sure to leave the crab lumpy. Serve over lettuce in your salad or on bread as a sandwich. I like to put it on a French roll with avocado and tomatoes.
