Simple Red Leaf Salad
Ingredients: 1 head red leaf lettuce 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste 0.25 teaspoon Dijon mustard, or more to taste freshly ground black pepper to taste
