Chicken Marinara

Ingredients:

  • 2 Clove (10 gm) Garlic
  • 1 Pound , bit size pieces (1/2 Package) Chicken
  • 2 Cup (32 tbs) , bit size pieces Artichoke hearts
  • 1 Can (10 oz) Stewed tomato
  • 1 Tablespoon Original mrs dash
  • 1⁄2 , chopped Onion
  • 7 , chopped Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Bit Size Pieces) Chicken
  • 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bit Size Pieces) Artichoke hearts
  • 1 Can (10 oz) Stewed tomatoes
  • 4 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Tarragon
  • 500 Gram French beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon (Mrs. Dash) Seasoning
  • 1 Cup (16 tbs) Tomato sauce

Instructions:

  1. Coat beans with oil, garlic salt, salt, tarragon, pepper and mix well. Cook them in preheated oven 350 F for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan and saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.
  3. Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir it.
  4. Put chicken and stewed tomatoes to the onion mixture.
  5. Stir in to incorporate everything.
  6. Add some more Italian seasoning to onion mixture.
  7. Now, add tomato sauce and stir.
  8. Put lid on and simmer for sometime and add artichokes.
  9. Cover it with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve the chicken marinara with brown rice and French beans.
