
Ingredients:
- 2 Clove (10 gm) Garlic
- 1 Pound , bit size pieces (1/2 Package) Chicken
- 2 Cup (32 tbs) , bit size pieces Artichoke hearts
- 1 Can (10 oz) Stewed tomato
- 1 Tablespoon Original mrs dash
- 1⁄2 , chopped Onion
- 7 , chopped Portobello mushrooms
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Bit Size Pieces) Chicken
- 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bit Size Pieces) Artichoke hearts
- 1 Can (10 oz) Stewed tomatoes
- 4 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic salt
- 1 Tablespoon Tarragon
- 500 Gram French beans
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon (Mrs. Dash) Seasoning
- 1 Cup (16 tbs) Tomato sauce
Instructions:
- Coat beans with oil, garlic salt, salt, tarragon, pepper and mix well. Cook them in preheated oven 350 F for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan and saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.
- Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir it.
- Put chicken and stewed tomatoes to the onion mixture.
- Stir in to incorporate everything.
- Add some more Italian seasoning to onion mixture.
- Now, add tomato sauce and stir.
- Put lid on and simmer for sometime and add artichokes.
- Cover it with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve the chicken marinara with brown rice and French beans.
