2 oranges
2 pink grapefruit
2 yellow grapefruit
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp orange-flavoured liqueur (optional)
Select all ingredients
2 Method Steps
Using a sharp knife, cut a slice from the bases of oranges and grapefruit. Place 1 orange, cut-side down, on a chopping board. Peel skin and pith, following the curve of the fruit. Segment over a bowl (see note). Repeat with remaining orange and grapefruit.
Add strawberries, sugar and liqueur (if using) to bowl. Stir to combine. Serve.

Recipe Notes
To segment citrus fruit, hold fruit over a bowl to catch juice. Slide knife either side of membrane to free each segment. Place segments in bowl. Squeeze membrane to release juice into bowl. Discard membrane.
