This classic chicken salad recipe is so easy to make though that there’s no reason to not make it more often! I threw this together (with a huge time saving tip) and my whole family loved it! This chicken salad is packed with grapes, celery, and cashews to give it a nice crunch and the flavor is AMAZING!

Ingredients:

  • * 4 chicken breast, shredded
  • * 1 cup chopped celery
  • * 1/2 cup diced onion
  • * 1 1/2 cup sliced grape
  • * 1 cup cashew
  • * 1 1/2 cup mayo
  • * salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil your chicken with some salt and a handful of diced onions for flavor.
  2. Cook for 20-30 minutes until it's tender enough to shred with a fork.
  3. Shred chicken in a mixer or by hand.
  4. Add in the mayo, chopped celery, diced onion, sliced grapes, and cashews and mix well.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
