  • ginger lime dressing
  • * juice of 2 lime, about 6 tablespoon
  • * 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger plus more to taste
  • * 1 tablespoon honey plus more to taste
  • * 6 tablespoon of olive oil
  • * sea salt to taste
  • for the salad
  • * 2 avocado
  • * 2 tablespoon jalapeno, finely chopped
  • * 2 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped or a mix of parsley and mint
  • * 1 shallot, peeled and finely chopped (about 2 tablespoon)
  • * 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat
  • * i large mango, peeled seeded and chopped
  • * 6 oz blueberry, rinsed and drained
