Ingredients:

  • 1 pound can crab claws
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce thinly sliced
  • One 2 inch piece of dokon radish rough chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion minced extra fine
  • A squeeze of half a lemon
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Just enough mayonnaise to hold the mix together, about 3 tablespoons

Instructions:

  1. Carefully pick through the crab claws and remove any shells discard shells and add the crabmeat to a small bowl
  2. add the rest of the ingredients
  3. fold together with a spoon and taste for seasoning, most of all to see if it will hold together.
