Ingredients:
- 1 pound can crab claws
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce thinly sliced
- One 2 inch piece of dokon radish rough chopped
- 1/4 cup onion minced extra fine
- A squeeze of half a lemon
- A pinch of sea salt
- Just enough mayonnaise to hold the mix together, about 3 tablespoons
Instructions:
- Carefully pick through the crab claws and remove any shells discard shells and add the crabmeat to a small bowl
- add the rest of the ingredients
- fold together with a spoon and taste for seasoning, most of all to see if it will hold together.
- Serve any way your imagination takes you, all by it self … endless possibilities here
