
½ can of chickpeas, rinsed & drained
Squeeze of lemon juice
1tsp (roughly) of tahini
dash of garlic powder
crack of pink himilayan salt & ground paper
dash of dairy free milk (I used oat milk)
Blend it aaalll up until smooth, adding more mylk when necessary. Serve stirred through cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes & baby spinach
Feel free to add nutritional yeast or some chives or something to spice it up a bit more!
This recipe serves one.
You can take it to work, uni, school, family gatherings, BBQ’s ect!
