
Ingredients:
- * 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- * 3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- * 1/3 cup vegetable oil (i don't recommend you use olive oil ..too
- strong)
- * 1/2 ” to 1″ piece ginger, grated
- * 1 garlic clove, grated
- * 2 tablespoon sugar
- * 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- for the salad:
- * 4 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- * 2 cup shredded red cabbage
- * 2 carrot, shredded
- * 3 green onion, chopped
- * 1 can mandarin orange, drained
- * 1 can sliced water chestnut, drained
- * 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- * 1 cup chow mein noodle
- * 1/2 a rotisserie chicken, or 2 cup cooked chicken, diced
Instructions:
- To prepare the dressing, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, vegetable oil, grated ginger, grated garlic, sugar and sesame oil.
- In a large bowl toss salad and dressing, leaving out the chow mein noodles. Just before serving add in chow mein noodles and toss. Enjoy!
