directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well with fork or small whisk.
- Combine olives,tomato,and cucumber in a bowl.
- Pour dressing mixture over tomato mixture;toss.
- Cover and chill 30 minutes, if desired.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
