Dal Moth : Green Sprouts Healthy Vegan Salad Recipe
Serving- 5 people
Ingredients:
Green moong sprouts dal(Lentil)-4 cups
Water- to blanched green lentil sprouts
Salt- a pinch
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Blanch/ boil it for 2 minutes
Green chili chop-1 pcs
Tomato chop-1 tomato
Red Onion fine chop-1
Boiled small dice potato-1 Small pcs
Chat masala- 2 tsp
Black salt- to taste
Black pepper powder- little pinch
Cilantro fresh chop-2 tsp
Lemon or lime juice-4 tsp
Method of preparing:
Boil water in a medium cooking pot add sprouts green beans. Strain it leave it to get cool down.
In a medium size bowl add boiled sprouts lentil , boiled potato dice, red onion chop, tomato red chop, green chili chop, cilantro chop, chat masala, black salt, a pinch of black pepper crush, lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients together and salad is ready. Serve it cold and Enjoy your Salad!
Note: It’s optional, If you want can add choice of mix vegetables carrot chop and cucumber fine dice, corn blanched and black chickpeas blanched in this salad.
Aunthetic salad doesn’t add these vegetables
