Finely chopped mint leaves – 2 to 3 Tbsp.
Chopped Onion – 1/2
Chopped Tomato – 1 Med Size
Cucumber – 2 (cube cut)
Apple – 1/2 (cube cut)
Chopped Capsicum – 1/4 or 2 Tbsp.
Pomegranate – 1/2 or 3 to 4 Tbsp.
Black Olives – 1 Tbsp. (cut)
Chickpea – 2 to 3 Tbsp.
Lemon – 1
Chat Masala – 1/2 Tbsp.
Extra virgin Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp.
Salt to taste.
