I had a few girlfriends over so decided to make this salad. I love that it is prepared ahead of time so I can relax and enjoy being with my friends. They RAVED over this salad, had second helpings and asked for the recipe so, here it is! By prepping it in strips, now only does it look pretty but someone doesn’t have to take a strip of something they don’t like.
