  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/8 c.

    extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 tbsp.

    honey

  • 1/4 tsp.

    ground cumin

  • 1/8 tsp.

    crushed red pepper flakes

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • 12 oz.

    Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips

  • 2

    bell peppers, thinly sliced

  • 1/2

    medium white onion, thinly sliced

  • 1

    large head of romaine, chopped

  • 1

    avocado, thinly sliced

Directions

    1. Step 1In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, honey, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
    2. Step 2In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat Tyson frozen strips until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes.
    3. Step 3Add peppers and onions to skillet and increase heat to medium-high and grill until charred and soft, 10 minutes.
    4. Step 4In a large bowl, combine romaine, chicken, peppers and onions, and avocado and toss with dressing.
