Hey guys! Today’s video is another Nikki’s Nibbles healthy food recipe! I decided to make this fall 2016 recipe of Harvest Quinoa Salad because I felt like it is the perfect light and healthy recipe that works perfectly for fall!
I love making videos about healthy dinner ideas and healthy lunch ideas for fall, winter, spring and summer. This salad is packed with protein (which is in the quinoa) and veggies for color and also flavor. This healthy and easy recipe is perfect for a vegetarian and for people who are gluten free! As you guys know, I eat a heavily plant based diet, so I love finding inspiration for these videos on pinterest, testing the healthy recipe, and tweaking it to make it more my style. I love this vegetarian easy and healthy dinner or lunch or snack idea because it’s easy, homemade, and super delicious!
