Kale is everywhere these days and it is super nutritious. I just love these green and colorful food and this is super delicious and amazing. This salad has plenty of vegetables and a cup of kale gives more than twice the amount of Vitamin A we need in one day. I would say this is a Power Bowl Kale Salad 🍀☘️🌿🌱🌿🍀🌿
