ONE MINUTE RECIPE – Chickpea Salad

Instructions

soaked chickpeas overnight and pressure cook for 6-8 whistles.
Once boiled :
1. Chop 1 onion, 1 tomato, 3-4 green chillies and 1 carrot
2. add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
3. add 1 tbsp amchur(dry mango powder)
4. add 1/4 tbsp black pepper
5. add salt as per taste
6. mix well and add lemon juice
Tadaa, your Chickpea salad is ready.
