Chop Chop Salad Recipe:
3 cups loosely packed mixed greens
¾ cup loosely packed parsley leaves
¾ cup loosely packed watercress
½ red bell pepper, cut in half
3-ounce piece feta cheese or 1/3 cup crumbled feta
14 grape tomatoes
1 BPA-free can (14 ounces) no salt added garbanzo beans, drained and blotted dry
4½ tablespoons your favorite citrus vinaigrette
