
Ingredients:
- * 150g raw chicken breast (approximately 100g when cooked)
- * salt and pepper
- * lemon juice
- * 80g salad leaf (approximately 2 loosely packed cup)
- * 1 spring onion
- * 1/2 medium lebanese cucumber
- * 1/2 medium avocado
- * 1 tbsp seed of choice (eg pumpkin, sunflower)
- * 3 cherry tomato
