
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon basil, chiffonaded (a.k.a. thinly sliced)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately. This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Stir before using.
