Ingredients:
- 4 handfuls fresh salad greens, washed and chopped (kale, spinach, lettuce – whatever you have on hand!)
- 2-3 Tbsp chives (or other fresh herbs – dill and parsley would go well here), minced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried basil
- fresh ground pepper
- pinch of sea salt
