  • 2 small bunches radishes (about 1 lb. total), with leaves
  • 2 cups watercress
  • 2 1/2 cups pea tendrils, tough stems removed, or baby arugula
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery, plus 1 cup fresh leaves (from 1 bunch)
