Grilled steak and veggies makes for a simple and hearty dinner.

  • 2 boneless beef top loin steaks (about 1 1/2″ thick)
  • kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 5 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

    1. Step 1Season steaks with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Grill, covered, on medium-high, 5 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Transfer to cutting board; let stand 10 minutes.
    2. Step 2Toss broccolini with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Grill, covered, 4 minutes, turning occasionally. Whisk Dijon, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Toss radishes, green onions, and broccolini with dressing. Serve with steak.
