- 2 boneless beef top loin steaks (about 1 1/2″ thick)
- kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 5 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
- Step 1Season steaks with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Grill, covered, on medium-high, 5 minutes per side for medium-rare or to desired doneness. Transfer to cutting board; let stand 10 minutes.
- Step 2Toss broccolini with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Grill, covered, 4 minutes, turning occasionally. Whisk Dijon, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, maple syrup, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Toss radishes, green onions, and broccolini with dressing. Serve with steak.
