
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. mixed baby greens (baby kale, baby spinach, baby chard, and carrots)
- 1/4 cup sliced unsalted almonds
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken (I prefer rotisserie)
- * For the dressing:
- 2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. agave
- small bunch fresh cilantro, torn
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
- In a large salad bowl, add all of the ingredients for the salad.
- Toss the dressing with the salad and serve!
